I have two bad habits, drinking and smoking. To make up for it I try to eat well.

There is a big relationship between cultures and various cancers. Bowel cancer is one that us brits get quite a lot (lack of fibre in our diets). There is lots of truth in 'we are what we eat'.

This is an excellent quick guide to try and help protect yourself easily just through simple things. Spices are very good for lots of things. Its good to find out your family history and buy foods that may help change things for you. I have done a fair bit of reading on this over the years and there is a lot of proof to back it up.

I know its boreing but I hope you spend a few mins reading it for your own sakes.

Right, off me soapbox and back to me books.

"It's all good", Jo :)

LOL... I keep quoting our very own Froggie with that phrase. It's like a very subtle mantra that serves to remind me that things are generally - all good... I just hope she hasn't got it copyrighted - I'd end up owing out a vast fortune to her because I've said it that often...

I've just been looking through the MSN sister site to Dome2 and my very last posts to them before they moderated, ejected and then finally banned me. Isn't retrospect meant to be an enlightening or humourous experience? Reading back through all of this, has only convinced me further of just how badly a lot of good writers and me were treated both there and on Dome2...

Still, one consolation in it all is that what happened to the original Sensitize is most likely going to happen to their MSN site when they (MSN) realise they've been hosting a community that actively works in tandem with organised criminality.

Sorry if this message seems a bit gloomy. That's not my intention. Oh, and if any of you are reading it, I'm ®BOLD© or at least, I was (that was my login and manager passport / status with MSN)...

Right. Pencil sharpened. Mascots all set out in a row. Banana sandwich eaten to counteract the butterflies and nervousness. Ink well filled.

I think I'm ready...

One thing I'll say though is this:- The phpBB network didn't tell me I'd be sitting exams in here. Sneaky divils..! Do they do this to all site administrators or wha..? :P

Hope your not talking about the very small unbrellas used in clinics on manky men. Coz they won't do it.
