Someone Even Madder

Remember that totally insane Australian bloke Steve Irwin? The one who chased stingrays around until they fought back. Yeah, that's right, the dead man...
Well. I've found someone even madder. He was on the telly earlier on tonight and his name is Austin Stevens. He was in the Amazon looking to come face to face with an anaconda snake and he eventually did. These things grow to over 30ft in length and can eat a fully grown pig in one sitting.
Stevens reckoned that although these snakes are sluggish on land they're as fast as a human in the water. He also reckoned he could tire it out and it would become docile. So, he sprung onto this poor unsuspecting beast from out of the bushes and into the river. The snake didn't know where to turn and decided, rightly so in my opinion, to constrict around Stevens. Loads of water splashes and digital freeze-frames later and he'd floored the dumb animal.
I'm just wondering how long this complete nutjob will last before an animal gets the upperhand / claw / scale / stinger whatever. Any bets folks?
